Don’t Blink is a mini Grenadian web series and pilot project designed to launch an ongoing narrative series rooted in the island’s rich folklore and oral traditions. Set against Grenada’s lush landscapes and vibrant communities, the series explores the tension between tradition and modernity, where rituals, superstitions, and ancestral stories intersect with contemporary life. Through immersive, cinematic storytelling, Don’t Blink celebrates the resilience of cultural memory while confronting the growing threat of cultural erosion driven by globalization and shifting generational values. This pilot builds on existing captured footage and serves as the foundation for future episodes, deepening narrative threads and expanding the ever-evolving mythology of Grenada, while inspiring a new standard of high-quality, culturally grounded visual storytelling within the local creative community.
